To submit the form, you must sign in with a Google account and confirm your agreement to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and non-malicious information. We do not collect or store your email address directly. A manual verification question ("for peace") is used to prevent spam; it does not collect additional personal data. Your use of the form is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to reject or ignore submissions containing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.
Certain content on this Site is restricted to paying members or authorised individuals ("Restricted Content"). Guest contributors retain their own rights in content they submit, subject to any agreement made at the time of contribution.
Donations are processed by third-party platforms including Buy Me a Coffee and Ko-fi, using Stripe as the underlying payment processor. All payments are subject to the terms of those platforms. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any payment processing errors caused by third-party platforms.
We offer subscription memberships through Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee. Memberships provide access to exclusive content, community benefits, project updates, podcast highlights, research materials, and our Discord community, as described at the time of subscription. Membership fees are non-refundable for the billing period in which they are paid. By subscribing, you agree that payments for the current billing period are final, regardless of whether you access all available content.
You may cancel your membership at any time through Patreon or Buy Me a Coffee, effective immediately to prevent future charges. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the paid billing period. We reserve the right to terminate any membership immediately in cases of breach of these Terms of Use, without refund.
Members may be granted access to our Discord community as an additional benefit. Participation is not guaranteed with every membership tier and is offered at our discretion to those who align with our community standards and project goals. We reserve the right to revoke Discord access immediately, without notice or refund, for any member who violates our community standards, acts against our project goals, engages in harassment or abuse, or shares Restricted Content without authorisation.
Petition campaigns linked from our Site are hosted by Change.org. By signing any petition through our Site, you agree to Change.org's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how Change.org processes your data.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Site is free from viruses or harmful components. Third-party services (e.g., YouTube, Change.org) are not under our control, and we make no representations about their availability or accuracy.
